WEEK 6
Another fantastic week of volleyball folks, there were so many matches that happened this week!
Seal the Deal vs. We Bribed the Ref
Guys I hate to say it but this week I was successfully bribed (I received some SeaLife Center merch, stickers and other items). This match was insane, We Bribed the Ref had their best game of the entire season! They played so hard and they won their first match this season! They are choosing to ignore that Seal the Deal didn’t show up at all (congrats to Mikinley on a successful senior night), but a win is a win I guess.
Bumpin N Swingin vs. Blockbusters
Bumpin N Swingin also forfeited this match due to senior night for the high school basketball team (congrats to the Elhard boys), so Blockbusters take the win!
Tony’s Bar vs. Sweet Digs
Finally we get to talk about volleyball! I just want to say thank you to both of these teams for being here so I actually had something to do. It was so worth it because this match was an incredible one! Both Tony’s and Sweet Digs were playing the best match of the entire season, I was in awe the entire time! Sweet Digs left this match with a well earned victory.
