News: Competitive Volleyball - Week 3

WEEK 3
I just want to start this write up by saying that if you guys are trying to bribe me (not that I can actually be bribed, there aren’t many people that can tell me what to do), maybe start bribing me with better things. I can promise that I am worth more than a $1 and a red onion (these bribes were attempted by two separate teams and denied by me) 

Bumpin N Swingin vs. Blockbusters
Blockbusters played their best match of the season, having some incredible passes and blocks. Bumpin N Swingin took a different tactic in this match. Sure they did some swingin and some bumpin, but they also attempted to pass me a dollar during the last timeout while I was on the stand (at this point they were up in points and a dollar isn’t enough for me so it didn't make a difference), I did NOT take it and in the end Bumpin and Swingin won the match. 

Sweet Digs vs. We Bribed the Ref
For being named We Bribed the Ref you would think they would have better bribes lined up. Last week I got nothing and this week a red onion (in okay condition) showed up at the score table. The onion would be no help to them as they were matched against Sweet Digs. Being the well oiled machine that they are, Sweet Digs left this match with their third win of the season.

Tony’s Bar vs. Seal the Deal
The last time these two teams played against each other was at last season's championship match. Both teams have been putting in the work, the energy was high all throughout this match. Seal the Deal made quick work of it, winning in two sets. 

Get excited for  week 4, I know I will be looking forward to seeing what creative bribes (that I will not take) you guys come up with!
