Join in the holiday spirit and come run a mile dressed up as Santa Clause! Registration is $10 and all of the proceeds go towards Seward Area Hospice.

This course is designed to get you started on your weightlifting journey and answer any questions that might be keeping you from getting in the gym and working to achieve your fitness goals! These sessions will not be full workouts as we will be focusing on learning technique and answering individual questions. Make sure to wear something comfortable and bring water.
