Parks and Recreation will be hosting our third annual Locals Photography Contest! The contest will have five categories, with each category having a winner and an honorable mention.
The categories are:
-Wildlife / Pets
-Landscape / Nature
-People / Portraits
-Actions Shot / Sports
-Artistic Vision / Abstract
Each category winner will receive a $50 gift card to Resurrect Art and a metal print of their photo! Submissions will be displayed at a gallery party at Resurrect Art Coffee House!
THE RULES
- $5.00 entry fee per submission
- Photos must have been taken within the state of Alaska
- One submission per person, five photos max per submission
- This is an amateurs' photo contest- please don’t submit any if you are a commercial photographer
- The photo contest is only for year round residents of Seward, Bear Creek, Stony Creek and Moose Pass. (within mile marker 35)
